Getting started
This guide walks you through creating your account and running your first AI analysis. By the end you will have a complete set of listings ready to post.
Step 1 — Create your account
Go to relistnow.ai/app in your browser. The app works on desktop, tablet, and phone — no download required. On mobile you can add it to your home screen for an app-like experience.
Tap Create account and enter your email and a password, or sign in with Google. You can also tap Continue without account to try the app first — but without an account your inventory and history won't be saved across sessions.
Step 2 — Add your item photos
From the New listing screen, upload photos of the item you want to sell. You can add up to 8 photos per item.
Photo tips for best results
- Main photo first — the first slot is your primary listing photo. Use a clear, well-lit shot against a plain background
- Add a label or tag photo — the second slot is specifically for brand/size labels. A clear photo of the tag dramatically improves identification accuracy
- Include a back photo — shows condition and helps the AI identify the item style
- Detail shots for flaws — photograph any wear, stains, or damage. The AI uses these to assess condition honestly
Step 3 — Add details (optional but recommended)
Tap Add details below the photo grid to expand the context panel. The most important field is Brand.
Other useful fields
- Size — helps generate more accurate listing titles and descriptions
- Condition — sets the condition for all 5 platform listings
- Notes — add the style name, color, era, or anything else that helps identification
Step 4 — Analyze the item
Tap the green Analyze item button. The button activates once you have at least one photo. Analysis takes:
- 1 photo: approximately 10–15 seconds
- 2–3 photos: approximately 20–30 seconds
- 4+ photos: up to 60 seconds
You will see a progress screen showing each step — item identification, price research, and listing generation. Do not navigate away during analysis.
Step 5 — Review your results
The results screen shows everything the AI found:
- Item name, brand, and condition identified
- Suggested price and price range based on real eBay sold data
- Sold comps — recent actual transactions for similar items
- Platform tabs with complete listings for each marketplace
- Taxonomy suggestions showing which category to list in on each platform
Step 6 — Copy and post your listings
Click the platform tabs — Poshmark, eBay, Depop, Etsy, Facebook — to see the listing for each one. Each listing is platform-optimised with the right tone, format, and hashtags for that marketplace. Tap Copy next to the title or description to copy it to your clipboard, then paste it into the platform.
On the Seller plan and above, you can post directly to eBay with one tap once your eBay account is connected.
Step 7 — Save to inventory
Tap Save to inventory on the results screen to add the item to your inventory tracker. You will be prompted to enter what you paid for the item — filling this in now means your profit is calculated automatically when the item sells.
